How to delete your data

Delete the whole workspace (everything)

• Sign in at studio.bobwork.ai/login.
• Open Settings in the left rail, then Danger zone.
• Type your brand’s name to confirm and press Delete workspace permanently.

This removes every brand, every piece of content, every schedule, every connected-channel token (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), every uploaded file, every usage record and every member of the workspace. Files are deleted from storage in the same step. Only the workspace owner can do this.

Delete one brand

Settings › Brands › Delete next to the brand. Its content, schedules and channel connections go with it.

Disconnect a social channel only

Channels › Disconnect. We delete the token immediately; from that moment we cannot read or post to that account. You can also remove Studio from the platform’s side: Facebook and Instagram under Settings › Apps and websites, TikTok under Settings › Security › Apps and services, LinkedIn under Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services.

Ask us instead

Email info@bobwork.ai from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete the workspace within two working days and reply to confirm, with the date it left backups.

What stays

Two things survive a deletion, and only because the law makes us keep them: invoices for anything you paid (7 years, at Stripe) and a one-line audit entry that a workspace with that ID was deleted on that date, with no content in it. Nothing else.
