Terms
Terms of service
These are the terms for using Studio by BobWork at studio.bobwork.ai. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you are setting it up for a company, that company. They are short on purpose.

1. The service
Studio reads your website, drafts what your brand stands for, makes social content that argues it, and — where a platform has approved our app for your account — schedules and publishes what you approve. Nothing is published without your approval. What works today and what is still on its way is listed on the home page and inside the product; we would rather you read it there than discover it after you have signed up.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in method to yourself: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do. If you think someone else has your account, tell us and use Settings › Account › Sign out everywhere.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- The free plan is free for as long as you like, with the allowance published on the pricing page. No card is needed.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from the usage page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- A credit is our unit of generation. Every kind of piece has a published price in credits; the monthly allowance is spent first, bought top-ups never expire.
- A generation that fails is never charged.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds: if something we did stopped you from using what you paid for, write to us and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the right thing. We do not refund for change of mind after credits have been used.
4. Your content, your brand
Everything Studio makes for your brand is yours. You may use it anywhere, including after you cancel. We claim no licence over it and do not resell it. You give us only the permission we need to make, store, show and (when you approve) publish it. Your brand message is your positioning, not our template.
You are responsible for what you approve and publish: that you have the right to use any file you upload, that the claims in your brand message are true, and that what goes out follows the rules of the platform it goes to.
5. What you may not do
- Use Studio to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Create an AI influencer that impersonates a real, identifiable person without their permission.
- Connect a social account you do not control.
- Probe, scrape or overload the service, or try to reach another workspace’s data.
- Resell access to Studio without an agreement with us.
If we see this we may suspend the workspace. We tell you why, and how to fix it if it can be fixed.
6. Platforms we publish to
Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and the others approving our app for your account and keeping their APIs open. We do not control that. Where a channel is not available the product says so, and you can still make and download everything.
7. Availability, and the limits of what we promise
We run Studio carefully and fix things fast, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or that any piece of content will perform. Generated content is pattern-based and can be wrong; you review it before it goes anywhere. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from Studio is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending things
You can stop at any time: delete the workspace from Settings › Danger zone and it is gone, files and all. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break section 5. Either way, you can download your content first.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
10. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to your own courts. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; when a change matters we email account owners before it takes effect.
