Thanks for asking! Here is the autumn lookbook.

With Replies
Ask people to comment a word on a post, like LOOKBOOK. Replies answers in public, then sends your link to their DMs. You pick the posts, the keyword and the message.
Sizes, prices, shipping, opening hours. Replies drafts the answer from your business facts and your tone. By default every draft waits for your approval; send on its own only when you trust it.
Messages land in one inbox where Replies drafts a reply that sounds like you. Anything it should not answer, like a complaint or a refund, is held for a person.
Turn on the follow check and the link is only sent once the person follows your account. They tap a button to confirm, and the link follows right away.
Add an optional step that asks for an email address in the conversation, so you keep a way to reach people beyond Instagram. You choose whether to ask.

Prices in USD unless noted, from each vendor’s public pricing page, checked 1 November 2026. Plans change; check their sites. Inro is priced in EUR (the € figure is shown as-is).
